  The pensioners of the Janaklis Post Office in the Beheira governorate are affected by the employees' mistreatment of them and the frequent waiting without organizing

   A complaint about the lack of organization in the Janaklis Post Office, as the pensioners are elderly and are unable to wait in the sun for hours to disburse the pension, calling on the Beheira governorate officials to work on building umbrellas to protect them from the sun and provide workers to organize the queues.

 He also documented his complaint to Al-Haram newspaper
